About The K8
Used in hospitals in Japan, the K8 is advanced water-ionization technology engineered to produce multiple types of functional water for a range of wellness and home applications. The process begins with advanced filtration, which helps reduce chlorine, sediment, and select impurities while preserving naturally occurring minerals such as calcium and magnesium. These minerals are essential to the next stage of the process—electrolysis. Inside the K8, eight platinum-coated titanium electrode plates apply a controlled electrical current to the filtered water, separating it into alkaline and acidic streams. During this reaction, one stream becomes rich in dissolved molecular hydrogen while the other becomes mildly or strongly acidic, depending on the selected setting.
